Pemeriksaan kadar lemak darah di UPTD Balai Laboratorium Provinsi Lampung. Ayam yang digunakan adalah ayam persilangan antara Lohman brown jantan dan buras betina (3/4 Lohman brown +1/4 buras) fase layer (48 minggu) sebanyak 20 ekor. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan, yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah ransum dengan dosis yang berbeda yaitu, H0: tanpa herbal, H1: 1g/kg, H2: 2g/kg, H3: 3g/kg. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam menggunakan taraf nyata 5\%. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi ransum, kolesterol, high density lipoprotein, dan trigliserida ayam persilangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ransum dengan herbal yang berbeda berpengaruh tidak nyata (P{\ensuremath{>}}0,05) terhadap kadar lemak darah ayam persilangan. Kata kunci : Ransum, Herbal, Lemak darah, Ayam persilangan This study aims to determine the effect of giving rations with different of herbs dosages to the blood lipid of crossbred chicken and to find out the best dosage of herbs in ration that affect the blood lipid of crossbred chicken. This research was conducted in 19 September 2018 to 26 September 2018 in the poultry house of the Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The examination of blood lipid levels was conducted at Lampung UPTD Laboratory Hall. The chickens used were crossbred chickens between male Lohman brown and female kampong (3/4 Lohman brown +1/4 kampong) layer phase (48 weeks) as many as 12 chickens. The experimental design used completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments given are diets with different dosages of herbs, which are, H0: without herbs, H1: 1g/kg, H2 : 2g/kg, H3: 3g/kg. The data obtained were analyzed by analyze of variance using significant level of 5\%. The variables observed were consumption of rations, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, and triglyceride. The results showed that the rations with different herbs had no significant effect (P{\ensuremath{>}} 0.05) on the blood lipid levels of the crossbred chicken.
