N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ransum dengan
dosis herbal yang berbeda terhadap kualitas internal telur ayam persilangan dan
mengetahui dosis herbal terbaik dalam ransum yang berpengaruh terhadap
kualitas internal telur ayam persilangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada September
2018 di kandang unggas Laboratorium Lapang Terpadu, Fakultas Pertanian,
Universitas Lampung. Ayam yang digunakan adalah ayam persilangan antara
Lohmann brown jantan dan buras betina (3/4 Lohmann brown +1/4 buras) fase
layer 48 minggu sebanyak 20 ekor. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan, yaitu
Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan
yang diberikan adalah ransum dengan dosis herbal yang berbeda H0: tanpa herbal, H1: 1g/1kg, H2: 2g/1kg, H3: 3g/1kg. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam
menggunakan taraf nyata 5%. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi protein,
haugh unit, dan indeks yolk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ransum dengan
dosis herbal yang berbeda berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi
protein, haugh unit, dan indeks yolk. Kata kunci : Ransum, Herbal, Kualitas Internal Telur, Ayam This study aims to determine the effect of giving rations with different of herbs
dosages on internal quality of crossbred chicken eggs and to find out the best
dosage of herbs in ration that affect the internal quality of crossbred chicken eggs.
This research was conducted in September 2018 in the poultry house of the
Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Lampung University. The
chickens used were crossbred chickens between male Lohmann brown and female
kampong (3/4 Lohmann brown +1/4 kampong) layer phase aged (48 weeks) as
many as 20 chickens.48 weeks as many as 20 chickens. The experimental design
used Completely Random Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The
treatment given are a diet with different dosages of herbs, which are, H0: without
herbs, H1: 1g /1kg, H2: 2g /1kg, H3: 3g /1kg. The data obtained were analyzed by
analyze of variance using significant level of 5%. The variables observed were
consumption of protein, haugh unit, and yolk index. The results showed that
different rations with herbs had no significant effect (P>0,05) on protein
consumption, haugh unit, and yolk index.
