Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desember 2018 sampai Januari 2019, bertempat   di Desa Labuhan Ratu, Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu, Kabupaten Lampung Timur.   Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL)   dengan 4 kali perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan.  Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah P0:   tidak terinfestasi (kontrol), P1: terinfestasi Oeshophagustomum sp., P2:   terinfestasi Paramphistomum sp., dan P3: terinfestasi Haemonchus contortus.   Analisis nilai glukosa darah dilaksanakan di Balai Veteriner Lampung dan analisis   total protein plasma dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Klinik Pramitra Biolab   Indonesia. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam pada taraf   nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa infestasi cacing saluran   pencernaan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap nilai glukosa darah dan   total protein plasma sapi Simpo.  Jumlah nilai glukosa darah masih dalam kisaran   normal dengan nilai tertinggi pada P3 (63,25 mg/dL) dan terendah pada P1 (57,75   mg/dL). Sedangkan total protein plasma juga masih dalam kisaran normal dengan   nilai tertinggi pada P2 (7,50 g/dL) dan nilai terendah pada P3 (6,80 g/dL).  Kata kunci: Glukosa darah, Total protein plasma, Sapi simpo, Cacing saluran   pencernaan.       This study aimed to determine the effect of infestation of the digestive tract to the   blood glucose value and total plasma protein of Simpo cattle.  The research was   conducted in December 2018 until January 2019, located in the village of   Labuhan Ratu, District Labuhan Ratu, East Lampung Regency.  The experimental   design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4   replications.  The treatment used is P0: not infested (control), P1:   Oeshophagustomum sp infested, P2: Paramphistomum sp infested, and P3:   Haemonchus contortus infested.  Analysis of blood glucose values held in Balai   Veteriner Lampung and total plasma protein analysis carried out in the   Labratorium Klinik Pramitra Biolab Indonesia.  Data were analyzed using   analysis of variance on the real level of 5%.  These results indicated that the   infestation of the digestive tract was not significant (P> 0,05) on the total value of   blood glucose and plasma protein of Simpo cattle.  The amount of blood glucose   values are still within the normal range with the highest value at P3 (63,25 mg/dL)  and the lowest in P1 (57,75 mg/dL).  While the total plasma proteins are also still   in the normal range with the highest value at P2 (7,50 g/dL) and the lowest value   at P3 (6,80 g/dL).
