Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pekon Gisting Atas, Blok 18, Kecamatan Gisting, Kabupaten Tanggamus pada September 2018 sampai dengan November 2018. Percobaan dilakukan pada 12 ekor kambing PE jantan, dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, pembagian kelompok berdasarkan bobot tubuh. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu R0: ransum basal + onggok basah tidak terolah, R1: ransum basal + onggok terfermentasi, R2: R1+ 15% daun singkong, dan R3: R2 + mineral mikro organik (Zn, Cu, Se, Cr). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menghitung rataan tiap perlakuan untuk menentukan pengaruh jenis ransum yang terbaik terhadap masing-masing parameter, dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan Analisis Ragam (Anara) dengan taraf nyata 5%. Peubah yang diamati adalah frekuensi respirasi, denyut jantung, suhu rektal kambing PE jantan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ransum dengan limbah singkong terfermentasi dan mineral mikro organik berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap respons fisiologis ternak kambing PE. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan limbah singkong terfermentasi dan mineral mikro organik pada ransum basal tidak berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi respirasi, frekuensi detak jantung,dan suhu tubuh kambing PE. Kata kunci : Ransum, Limbah singkong terfermentasi, Fisiologis, Kambing PE This study aims to determine the effect of fermented cassava waste and organic micro minerals on the physiological response of PE goats. The study was conducted in Gisting Atas Village, Block 18, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency in September-November 2018. The experiment was conducted on 12 male PE goats, with a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications, and group divisions based on body weight. The treatments in this study were R0: basal rations+untreated wet cassava, R 1: basal rations+fermented cassava, R2: R1+15% cassava leaves, and R3: R2+organic micro minerals (Zn, Cu, Se, Cr). The data obtained were analyzed by calculating the average of each treatment to determine the effect of the best type of ration on each parameter. Data analysis was performed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a significance level of 5%. The variables observed were respiration frequency, heart rate, and rectal temperature of male PE goats. The results showed that the ration with fermented cassava waste and organic micro minerals had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the physiological response of PE goats.
