%A 1514051016 DWI NOVITA SARI %T PREFERENSI KONSUMEN DAN ANALISIS FINANSIAL PRODUK BANANA FLAKES (Studi Kasus di Lingkungan Universitas Lampung) %X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap produk banana flakes di Universitas Lampung dan menganalisa aspek finansial dalam perencanaan industri banana flakes. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan preferensi konsumen melalui penyebaran kuisioner, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dangan important performance analysis dan analisis deskriptif. Sedangkan analisis finansial dan sensitivitas produksi banana flakes dilakukan dengan perhitungan melalui kriteria kelayakan, seperti: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Pay Back period (PBp), dan Break Event Point (BEP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden menunjukkan penilaian suka sebanyak 43 responden, sangat suka sebanyak 30 responden dan 27 responden memilih agak suka terhadap produk banana flakes. Produk banana flakes tidak memiliki atribut pada kuadran I (prioritas utama) dan berlebihan (Kuadran IV). Atribut-atribut yang termasuk dalam kuadran pertahankan prestasi (Kuadran II) adalah harga produk, Dwi Novita Sari kemudahan mengkonsumsi, komposisi produk, kehalalan produk, rasa dan tekstur. Atribut dengan tingkat prioritas rendah (Kuadran III) adalah warna, aroma, bentuk dan ukuran produk, dan bentuk kemasan dan label. Secara finansial, industri ini memerlukan modal tetap sebesar Rp 183.279.570 dan modal kerja sebesar Rp 110.320.823 dengan Debt Equity Ratio 70:30, tingkat suku bunga untuk kredit investasi sebesar 10% diperoleh bahwa proyek layak untuk diinvestasikan dengan NPV sebesar Rp 453.431.796, IRR sebesar 20,17%, Net B/C sebesar 1,38 dan Pay Back Period sebesar 3,45 tahun. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan proyek untuk direalisasikan berada pada tingkat penurunan harga jual sebesar 3,05% dan kenaikan harga bahan baku dan bahan pembantu sebesar 5,25 %. Kata Kunci : Preferensi konsumen, industri banana flakes, analisis finansial, analisis sensitivitas This study aims to determine consumer preferences of banana flakes products at the University of Lampung and analyze the financial aspects of banana flakes industry planning. In this study conducted consumer preferences through the distribution of questionnaires, the data obtained were analyzed by analysis of important performance and descriptive analysis. While financial analysis and sensitivity analysis of banana flakes production is done by calculation through eligibility criteria, such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C), Pay Back period (PBp) , and Break Event Point (BEP). The results showed that respondents indicated that there were 43 respondents who liked it, 30 respondents liked it very much and 27 respondents preferred rather banana flakes products. Banana flakes products do not have attributes in quadrant I (top priority) and excessive (Quadrant IV). The attributes included in the maintaining performance quadrant (Quadrant II) are product Dwi Novita Sari prices, ease of consumption, product composition, product halalness, taste and texture. Attributes with a low priority level (Quadrant III) are color, aroma, product shape and size, and form of packaging and label. Financially, this industry requires fixed capital about Rp 183.279.570 and working capital about Rp 110.320.823 with a Debt Equity Ratio 70:30, the interest rate for investment loans of 10% is obtained that the project is worth investing with NPV about Rp 453.431.796, IRR about 20,17%, Net B/C about 1,38 and Pay Back Period about 3,45 years. Sensitivity analysis shows that the feasibility of the project to be realized is at a level of decline in selling prices by 3,05% and an increase in prices of raw materials and auxiliary materials by 5,25%.
