%X Information technology management of audit aim to evaluate, measure and ensure  that the management of information technology implementation has been running  optimally. Junior and Senior Islamic High School of Ar-Raihan have implemented  information technology to improve the quality of education and as a means of  learning support for students and educators. This research uses the COBIT 5  framework to determine the extent to which capability level of information  technology in Junior and Senior Islamic High School of Ar-Raihan. Data collection  methods used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the  capability level measurement show that the BAI03 process is level 1 (performed)  which means the process implemented has fulfilled the purpose of the process.  APO02, APO08, and BAI02 processes are at level 2 (managed) which means the  process is now implemented in a managed fashion (planned, monitored and  adjusted) and its work products are appropriately established, controlled and  maintained.    Key words: IT management of audit, COBIT 5, Capability Level.  Audit manajemen teknologi informasi di SMP dan SMA Islam Terpadu Ar-Raihan  bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi, mengukur dan memastikan pengelolaan teknologi  informasi yang diterapkan telah berjalan secara optimal. SMP dan SMA Islam  Terpadu Ar-Raihan merupakan sekolah yang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi  untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan sebagai sarana pendukung  pembelajaran bagi siswa dan pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework  COBIT 5 untuk mengetahui sejauh mana capability level teknologi informasi di  SMP dan SMA Islam Terpadu Ar-Raihan. Metode pengumpulan data yang  digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil pengukuran capability  level menunjukkan bahwa proses BAI03 berada pada level 1 (performed) yang  berarti proses yang diimplementasikan telah memenuhi tujuan prosesnya. Proses  APO02, APO08, dan BAI02 berada pada level 2 (managed) yang berarti proses  telah diimplementasikan lebih teratur dengan cara dikelola (perencanaan,  pengawasan dan penyesuaian) dan produksinya dijalankan, dikontrol, dan  dipelihara.
