abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pekerjaan yang terdapat di Objek Wisata Pantai 
Muara Indah Kelurahan Baros Kecamatan Kotaagung Kabupaten Tanggamus.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 
pekerja di Objek Wisata Pantai Muara Indah sebanyak 20 orang. Pengumpulan 
data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Analisis data 
yang digunakan adalah tabel dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 
(1). Terdapat 5 jenis pekerjaan di Objek Wisata Pantai Muara Indah (2). Terdapat 
status pekerjaan sebagai pekerjaan pokok dan sampingan (3). Sebagaian besar 
pekerja mempunyai jam kerja tinggi. (4). Sebagaian besar pekerja masuk ke dalam 
ketegori sedang (5). Sebagian pekerja memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah 
mayoritas berpendidikan dasar sebanyak 14 orang (70%), dan pendidikan 
menengah sebanyak 6 orang (30%). (6). Seluruh pekerjan mendapat sistem 
pembagian upah berdasarkan waktu, baik secara harian, mingguan maupun 
bulanan sebagian besar pekerja berpendapatan di bawah rata-rata.

Teh purpose of this research to Describe Job Descripton Of Muara Indah Beach 
Attraction Baros Subdistrict Kotaagung Districts Tanggamus. This Reseacrch uses 
descriptive method. Subject in this research is 20 peoples Muara Indah Beach. 
Data collection using observation, interview and decumentation technigue. Data 
were analyezd using table and percentage. The result showed that (1). There re 
five type jobs in Muara Indah Beach (2) there are two employment statuses as a 
side job and principal (3) Most workers have high working hours (4). Most 
workers are into the category of medium working time (5). Most work have low 
levels of education the majority had a basic education of 14 peoples ( 70%) and 
junior high school of 6 peoples (30 %) (6) all workers get a wage sharing system 
on time, either dailly, weekly or monthly. Most workers earn below the averange.
