%X Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh teman sebaya  terhadap perkembangan social skill peserta didik kelas XI SMA Global Madani  Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian  peserta didik kelas XI. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 84 responden.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan  Chi Kuadrat.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh  yang signifikan antara teman sebaya terhadap pengembangan keterampilan sosial  siswa kelas XI SMAGlobal Madani Bandar Lampung 2018/2019 Akademik  Dengan persentase 12% atau 10 responden yang termasuk dalam kategori kurang  berpengaruh, 43% atau 36 responden yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup  berpengaruh, dan 45% atau 38 responden termasuk dalam kategori berpengaruh.  Dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial dengan persentase 8% atau 7  responden termasuk dalam kategori kurang terampil, 45% atau 38 responden  termasuk dalam kategori cukup terampil, dan 47% atau 39 responden termasuk  dalam kategori terampil, serta memiliki hasil 0,48 yang menunjukkan keeratan  sedang antara pengaruh yang signifikan antara teman sebaya terhadap  perkembangan social skill peserta didik.  Kata Kunci : Teman Sebaya, Social Skill, Peserta Didik    The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of peers on the  development of social skills in class XI students of SMAGlobal Madani Bandar  Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019. The research method used in this study is a  quantitative descriptive method with research subjects of class XI students. The  sample in this study amounted to 84 respondents. Data collection techniques using  questionnaires and data analysis using Chi Squares.  Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is known that there is a  significant influence between peers on the development of social skills of students  of class XI SMAGlobal Madani Bandar Lampung 2018/2019 Academic With the  percentage of 12% or 10 respondents included in the less influential category,  43% or 36 respondents included in the category were quite influential, and 45%  or 38 respondents belonged to the influential category. In the development of  social skills with a percentage of 8% or 7 respondents included in the category of  less skilled, 45% or 38 respondents belonged to the quite skilled category, and  47% or 39 respondents belonged to the skilled category, and has a result of 0.48  which shows a moderate closeness between the significant influence between  peers on the development of students' social skills.
