N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan langsung antara teknik dan
mental terhadap hasil tendangan penalti sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan
analisis jalur. Analisis ini didasarkan pada model hubungan antara variabel yang
ditentukan dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 pemain SSB Srikandi Natar.
Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. Teknik akurasi tendangan
(tes teknik), 2. Efikasi diri (angket), 3. Hasil pinalti. Teknik analisis data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa
koefisien jalur X12 ke Y (p12y) = 0,491 , to = 2,333 dan p-value = 0,032/2 = 0,16 >
0,05 atau Ho diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan variabel teknik dan
mental berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap variabel hasil tendangan penalti.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah akurasi tendangan jika diikuti dengan kontribusi
atau dukungan efikasi diri yang tinggi akan bisa mengontrol kemampuannya. Hal
ini akan mengakibatkan seorang pemain termotivasi untuk meningkatkan
prestasinya lebih tinggi dan pengoptimalan tersebut meningkatkan hasil tendangan
penalti secara maksimal.

This study aims to analyze the direct relationship between technique and mentality
of football penalty kicks result. This study uses path analysis. This analysis is
based on the model of the relationship between the variables specified with the
samples of this study are 20 SSB Srikandi Natar players. The instrument used in
this study is 1. Technique of kick accuracy (technical test). 2. Self-efficacy
(questionnaire). 3. Penalty results. The data analysis technique used in this study
is the t test. The results of data analysis show that the path coefficient X12 to Y
(p12y) = 0.491, to = 2.333 and p-value = 0.032 / 2 = 0.16> 0.05 or Ho is accepted.
Thus it can be concluded that the technical and mental variables have a positive
direct effect on the penalty kick outcome variable. The conclusion of this study is
that the accuracy of kicks followed by contributions or high self-efficacy support
will be able to control their abilities. This will cause a player to be motivated to
increase his performance higher and the optimization increases the penalty
shootout to the maximum.
