?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=RANCANG+BANGUN+INKUBATOR+TELUR+UNGGAS+OTOMATIS+DENGAN+DUA+SUMBER+SUPLAI+BEBAN+PLN+DAN+SEL+SURYA+BERBASIS+MIKRKONTROLER&rft.creator=KORNELIUS+PRANOTO+ADI%2C+0815031069&rft.subject=+&rft.description=ABSTRAK%0D%0ARANCANG+BANGUN+INKUBATOR+TELUR+UNGGAS+OTOMATIS+DENGAN+DUA+SUMBER+SUPLAI+BEBAN+PLN+DAN+SEL+SURYA%0D%0AOleh%0D%0AKornelius+Pranoto+Adi%0D%0APenetasan+telur+sangat+penting+untuk+meningkatkan+hasil+produksi+unggas%2C+telur+yang+dapat+ditetaskan+oleh+induk+unggas+relatif+sedikit%2C+dan+setiap+jenis+telur+unggas+membutuhkan+suhu+dan+kelembaban+yang+berbeda.+Inkubator+telur+adalah+alat+yang+digunakan+untuk+menetaskan+telur+dalam+jumlah+yang+cukup+banyak+dengan+cara+mengatur+suhu+pada+nilai+tertentu.+Namun+pada+umumnya%2C+satu+inkubator+telur+hanya+dapat+menetaskan+satu+jenis+telur%2C+tidak+terpantau+suhu+dan+kelembabannya%2C+tidak+dapat+bekerja+ketika+listrik+mati+dan+banyak+melibatkan+tenaga+manusia.+Pada+penelitian+ini+dirancang+sebuah+sistem+inkubator+penetas+telur+unggas+dengan+mengendalikan+suhu+dan+kelembaban+secara+otomatis+yang+dapat+dipantau+dengan+komputer+dan+menggunakan+sel+surya+segabai+sumber+energi+cadangan.+Keypad+digunakan+untuk+mengatur+suhu+dan+kelembaban+sesuai+dengan+kebutuhan%2C+sehingga+inkubator+dapat+digunakan+untuk+menetaskan+semua+jenis+telur+unggas.+Pengendalian+suhu+dan+kelembaban+menggunakan+mikrokontroler+ATmega+2560+dengan+metode+swiching+on%2Foff+pada+lampu+pijar+DC+sebagai+pemanas+dan+kipas+DC+sebagai+pendingin.+Pemantauan+suhu+dan+kelembaban+pada+komputer+menggunakan+perangkat+lunak+LabVIEW+dan+pada+inkubator+menggunakan+LCD+16x2.+Rak+telur+berputar+secara+otomatis+setiap+3+jam+pada+jam+06%3A00+sebesar+sudut+-40o+dan+pada+jam+09%3A00+sebesar+sudut+40o+dengan+motor+servo+sebagai+penggerak.+Sensor+suhu+yang+digunakan+adalah+LM35+dan+digunakan+sensor+kelembaban+DHT11.+Dalam+penelitian+ini+digunakan+telur+ayam+dan+bebek+sebagai+objek.+Telur+ayam+dan+bebek+membutuhkan+suhu+sebesar+38oC+%E2%80%93+40oC%2C+kelembaban+relatif+sebesar+55%25+%E2%80%93+65%25+pada+telur+bebek+dan+50%25+%E2%80%93+60%25+pada+telur+ayam.+Hasil+pengujian+sistem+didapatkan+kestabilan+suhu+sebesar+39%2C13oC+dan+kelembaban+sebesar+59%2C54%25+pada+penetasan+telur+bebek%2C+suhu+sebesar+39%2C24oC+dan+kelembaban+51%2C54%25+pada+telur+ayam.+Pemantauan+suhu+dan+kelembaban+inkubator+dapat+dilakukan+secara+real+time+menggunakan+perangkat+lunak+LabVIEW+dan+data+dapat+disimpan+dalam+bentuk+Microsoft+Excel.+Dengan+metode+swicthing+otomatis+sel+surya+dapat+menjadi+sumber+energi+inkubator+ketika+listrik+PLN+mati.%0D%0AKata+kunci%3A+Inkubator+Telur%2C+Pengendalian%2C+Suhu%2C+Kelembaban%2C+Sistem+Hybrid%2C%0D%0A%0D%0AABSTRACT%0D%0ADESIGN+OF+AUTOMATIC+EGG+POULTRY+INCUBATOR+WITH+TWO+SOURCES+OF+LOAD+SUPPLY+PLN+AND+SOLAR+CELLS%0D%0ABy%0D%0AKornelius+Pranoto+Adi%0D%0AEggs+hatching+is+very+important+to+increase+poultry+production.+The+number+of+eggs+that+can+be+hatched+by+the+poultry+are+relatively+little.+Each+type+of+eggs+poultry+require+different+temperature+and+humidity.+Egg+incubator+is+a+tool+used+to+hatching+the+eggs+in+rather+large+amount+by+controlling+the+temperature+at+a+specific+value.+But+generaly%2C+the+egg+incubator+can+hatching+the+only+one+kind+of+eggs%2C+not+monitored+temperature+and+humidity%2C+can+not+work+when+the+electricity+off+and+many+involve+human.+In+this+study+designed+a+system+of+poultry+egg+incubator+with+temperature+and+humidity+control+automatically+that+can+be+monitored+by+computer+and+using+solar+cells+to+backup+energy+source.+The+keypad+is+used+to+set+the+temperature+and+humidity+in+accordance+with+the+needs%2C+so+the+incubator+can+be+used+for+all+kinds+of+poultry+eggs+hatching.+Control+of+temperature+and+humidity+using+Atmega+2560+microcontroller+with+swiching+on+%2F+off+method+on+the+DC+lamps+as+heater+and+cooling+DC+fan.+Monitoring+of+temperature+and+humidity+on+the+computer+using+LabVIEW+software+and+the+incubator+using+16x2+LCD.+Egg+rack+rotates+automatically+every+3+hours+at+06%3A00+at+-40%C2%B0+angle+and+at+09%3A00+at+40o+angle+with+the+servo+motor+as+the+driving+force.+The+temperature+sensor+used+LM35+and+used+DHT11+as+humidity+sensor.+In+this+study+used+chicken+eggs+and+duck+as+an+object.+Chicken+and+duck+eggs+require+38OC+%E2%80%93+40OC+of+temperatures%2C+relative+humidity+of+55%25+%E2%80%93+65%25+on+duck+eggs+and+50%25+-+60%25+in+chicken+eggs.+System+test+results+obtained+by+39.13OC+temperature+stability+and+humidity+of+59.54%25+on+hatching+duck+eggs%2C+temperature+and+humidity+of+39.24OC+and+51.54%25+in+chicken+eggs.+Monitoring+temperature+and+humidity+incubator+can+be+done+in+real+time+using+the+LabVIEW+software+and+data+can+be+stored+in+the+form+of+Microsoft+Excel.+With+automatic+swicthing+method%2C+the+solar+cell+can+be+a+source+of+energy+incubator+when+electricity+off.%0D%0AKeywords%3A+Egg+Incubator%2C+Control%2C+Temperature%2C+Humidity%2C+Hybrid+Systems%2C+Microcontroller&rft.publisher=Fakultas+Teknik&rf
