%X Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar tematik peserta didik
kelas IV SD Negeri se-Gugus R.A Kartini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi peserta didik atas
keterampilan pendidik mengadakan variasi dan mengelola kelas dengan hasil
belajar. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-post facto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 203 orang
peserta didik dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 66 peserta didik. Instrumen
pengumpul data berupa angket dengan skala Likert, yang sebelumnya diuji
validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang
signifikan antara persepsi peserta didik atas keterampilan pendidik mengadakan
variasi dan mengelola kelas dengan hasil belajar yaitu berada pada taraf ?Sedang?.

The problem of this study was the low yield of thematic learning outcomes of
grade IV students of SD Negeri in the R.A Kartini cluster. The purpose of the
research was to understand the significant relationship between learners'
perceptions of the skills of educators participating in variations and managing
classes with learning outcomes. This type of research is ex-post facto campaign.
The population were recovered 203 students and the study sample were 66
students. The data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire with a
Likert scale, which was previously sent validity and reliability. The results showed
a significant relationship between students' perceptions of variation and
managing classroom teaching skills with learning outcomes that were at the level
of "Medium".
