abstract: The partnership between PKBI Lampung and SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung in the
Dance4Life Program to improve adolescent reproductive health education has
been ongoing since 2011. Parties who have partners have the same reason in
establishing cooperation which is looking at the importance of the sexual and
reproductive health rights education for teenagers. This partnership between the
civil society and educational institutions is a form of civil society's contribution on
supporting the implementation of Good Governance for the development. This
study used qualitative research method by describing the results of data observed
from interviews, observations, and documentation.
The result of this research shows that the partnership between PKBI Lampung
and SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung in the Dance4Life Program to improve adolescent
reproductive health education is included in the pattern of Linear Collaborative
of Partnership, according to Sulistiyani based on the phenomena of cooperative
relations. However, in this partnership there are obstacles that become a
challenge to be faced together, namely the difference in perspective about the
importance of sex education, the number of targets of the program targets, and
memorandum of understanding that has not been updated while the program is
still running. Thus, the researcher suggests to hold the focus group discussions,
expanding the scope of partnerships, updating memorandum of understanding,
and training the co-teachers from partner schools.

Kemitraan antara PKBI Provinsi Lampung dan SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung dalam
Program Dance4Life untuk meningkatkan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi
remaja telah berlangsung sejak tahun 2011 dan masih terjalin hingga sekarang.
Pihak yang bermitra mempunyai alasan yang sama dalam membangun kerjasama
yaitu memandang pentingnya pendidikan hak kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi
untuk remaja. Kemitraan yang terjadi antara lembaga swadaya masyarakat dan
institusi pendidikan ini merupakan suatu bentuk kontribusi lembaga swadaya
masyarakat dalam mendukung penerapan Good Governance untuk proses
pembangunan suatu negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif
dengan mendeskripsikan hasil data yang diamati dari wawancara, observasi, dan
dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan antara PKBI Provinsi
Lampung dan SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung dalam Program Dance4Life untuk
meningkatkan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja termasuk ke dalam pola
kemitraan Linear Collaborative of Partnership, menurut Sulistiyani yang
didasarkan pada fenomena-fenomena hubungan kerjasama. Namun dalam
kemitraan ini, terdapat kendala-kendala yang menjadi sebuah tantangan untuk
dihadapi bersama yaitu perbedaan perspektif tentang pentingnya sex education,
jumlah target dari sasaran program, serta memorandum of understanding yang
tidak mengalami pembaruan selama program masih berjalan. Dengan demikian,
peneliti menyarankan agar melakukan focus group discussion, memperluas
cakupan kemitraan, pembaruan memorandum of understanding, dan pelatihan
untuk guru-guru pendamping dari sekolah mitra.
