Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keterlibatan masyarakat dalam perencanaan   menghasilkan  bentuk  partisipasi  buah  pikiran  berupa  pendapat  pembuatan  jalan   menuju lokasi wisata. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan menghasilkan   bentuk  partisipasi masyarakat Desa Way Redak berupa tenaga seperti pembuatan   jalan  menuju  lokasi  wisata  dan  gotong  royong.  Partisipasi  maysarakat  dalam   bentuk harta benda saat  ini berupa bantuan alat-alat  kerja atau perkakas, namun   partisipasi  dalam  bentuk  uang  masih  belum  optimal,  karena  penghasilan   masyarakat Desa Way Redak masih rendah.  Masyarakat juga terlibat dalam tahap   evaluasi  pengembangan  parwisata  melalui  musyawarah  dan  rapat.  Terdapat   hambatan  yang  dirasakan  masyarakat  terkait  partisipasi  mengembangkan   pariwisata, yakni faktor  kurangnya pengetahuan  masyarakat terkait manfaat dari   pengembangan pariwisata, penghasilan masyarakat serta kondisi lingkungan.  Kata kunci: Partisipasi, Way Redak, Kepariwisataan    This study aims to describe and analyze the forms of community participation in   tourism  development  in  Way  Redak  Village  and  the  supporting  and  inhibiting   factors of community participation. The type of research used is qualitative. The   focus of his research is the form of community participation in Way Redak Village   in  tourism  development.  Data  collection  techniques  used  were  interviews,   observation, and documentation. The results showed that community involvement   in  planning  resulted  in  a  form  of  thought  participation  in  the  form  of  opinion   making the way to the tourist sites. Community involvement in the implementation   resulted  in  a  form  of  community  participation  in  the  Way  Redak  Village  in  the   form  of  personnel  such  as  making  roads  to  tourist  sites  and  mutual  assistance.   Community  participation  in  the  form  of  property  is  currently  in  the  form  of   assistance with work tools or tools, but participation in the form of money is still   not optimal, because the income of the people of Way Redak Village is still  low.   The  community  is  also  involved  in  the  evaluation  stage  of  tourism  development   through  deliberations  and  meetings.  There  are  obstacles  that  are  felt  by  the   community  regarding  participation  in  developing  tourism,  namely  the  lack  of   community knowledge  related to the benefits of tourism development, community   income and environmental conditions.
