abstract: Latar Belakang: Kanker ovarium merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian pada
wanita setelah kanker payudara dan kanker serviks yang menyerang alat genital
perempuan. Tingkat insidensi angka kematian kanker ovarium menempati
peringkat ketujuh dunia.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan Faktor Risiko (Riwayat Keluarga,
Obesitas, dan Alat Kontrasepsi Terhadap Derajat Histopatologi Kanker Ovarium
di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung Tahun 2018.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dan dengan
menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
terdiri dari 36 responden penelitian yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan
consequtive sampling. Instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data
rekam medis.
Hasil: Untuk penderita yang tidak mempunyai riwayat keluarga dengan derajat
ringan-sedang berjumlah 10 orang derajat berat 22 orang untuk penderita yang
mempunyai riwayat keluarga dengan derajat ringan-sedang berjumlah 2 orang
derajat berat 2 orang sehingga nilai p adalah 0,588 (p>0,05), untuk penderita yang
tidak obesitas dengan derajat ringan-sedang berjumlah 6 orang derajat berat 13
orang untuk penderita yang obesitas dengan derajat ringan-sedang berjumlah 6
orang derajat berat 11 orang sehingga nilai p untuk obesitas adalah 0,813 (p>0,05)
dan untuk penderita yang pernah memakai alat kontrasepsi dengan derajat ringansedang berjumlah 8 orang derajat berat 13 orang untuk penderita yang tidak
pernah memakai alat kontrasepsi dengan derajat ringan-sedang berjumlah 4 orang
derajat berat 11 orang sehingga nilai p untuk pemakaian alat kontrasepsi adalah
0,473 (p>0,05).
Simpulan: tidak terdapat hubungan antara riwayat keluarga, obesitas, dan alat
kontrasepsi terhadap terjadinya kanker ovarium.

Background: Ovarian cancer is one of the causes of death in women after breast
cancer and cervical cancer that attacks female genitalia. Incidence rate and
mortality of ovarian cancer is ranked seventh in the world.
Purpose: The aim of this research is to know the correlation od Hereditary,
Obesity, and Contraception to histopathology grading of ovarian cancer in RSUD
Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung period 2018.
Method: This study using using analytic observational method and cross sectional
research design. The sampel in this study consisted 36 respondents which was
determined using consecutive sampling technique. The research instrument was
conducted using medical record data.
Result: For patients who do not have a family history with mild to moderate
degrees amounting to 10 people with severe degrees 22 people for patients who
have a family history with mild to moderate degrees amounting to 2 people with a
heavy degree of 2 people so that the value of p is 0.588 (p>0.05), for patients who
are not obese with mild to moderate degrees amounting to 6 people weighing 13
people for patients who are obese with mild to moderate degrees amounting to 6
people weighing 11 people so that the p value for obesity is 0.813 (p>0.05) and
for sufferers who have used mild-medium contraception with a number of 8
people weighing 13 people for patients who have never used contraceptives with
mild to moderate degrees, amounting to 4 people weighing 11 people, so the p
value for contraceptive use is 0.473 (p>0.05).
Conclusion: There is an no relationship between family history, obesity, and
contraception against the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
