abstract: Latar Belakang: Kanker payudara merupakan salah satu kanker yang memiliki
tingkat insidensi yang tinggi di semua negara. Kanker payudara memiliki insidensi
tertinggi pada perempuan dibandingkan dengan kanker lainnya. Usia dan
Hipertensi diketahui merupakan faktor risiko dari terjadinya kanker payudara.
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan hipertensi dan usia dengan angka kejadian kanker
payudara di RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan
rancangan case control. Data yang dipakai merupakan data sekunder yang diambil
dari rekam medis pasien di RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek dan diambil dengan
metode consecutive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan
analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji fisher.
Hasil: Pada kelompok kasus didapatkan persentase hipertensi sebesar 12,5%
sedangkan yang tidak hipertensi sebesar 87,5%. Pada kelompok kontrol persentase
hipertensi sebesar 8,3 % sedangkan yang tidak hipertensi sebesar 91,7%. Pada
kelompok kasus didapatkan persentase usia ≥50 tahun sebesar 54,2% sedangkan
pada usia < 50 tahun sebesar 45,8%. Pada kelompok kontrol persentase usia ≥50
tahun sebesar 16,7% sedangkan pada usia < 50 tahun sebesar 83,3%. Hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa usia ≥50 tahun memilik nilai p=0,007 dengan OR=
5,909 dan hipertensi memiliki nilai p=0,500.
Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara hipertensi dengan angka kejadian
kanker payudara di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Terdapat
hubungan antara usia penderita dengan angka kejadian kanker payudara di RSUD
Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung.

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most highest incidence rate cancer in all
countries. Breast cancer has the highest incidence in women than any other cancer.
Age and Hypertension is a known risk factor for breast cancer.
Objective: Knowing the relationship of hypertension and age with breast cancer
incidence rates in dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung.
Method: This study is observational analytic study with case control design. The
data used are secondary data gathered from medical records of patients in dr. H.
Abdul Moeloek Hospital and taken with consecutive sampling method. Analyzed
using univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-square test and Fisher test.
Results: in the case group, hypertension percentage obtained was 12.5% while
those whose has not hypertension was 87.5%. In the control group the percentage
of hypertension was 8.3% while those whose has not hypertension was 91.7%. In
the case group ≥50 years of age percentage obtained was 54.2% while at age <50
years was 45.8%. In the control group ≥50 years of age percentage of 16.7% while
at age <50 years at 83.3%. The results showed that age ≥50 years have a p value =
0,007 with OR = 5,909 and hypertension group have a p value = 0.500.
Conclusion: There is no the relationship between hypertension and breast cancer
incidence rates in the Hospital of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung.There is
relationship between the age of patients with breast cancer incidence rates in the
Hospital of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung.
