COVARIAN BASED STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELLING

Stuctural Equation Modelling is a statistical technique that is able to analyze the
pattern of simultan linear relationships between indicator variables and latent
variables. In general there are two types of SEM namely CB-SEM and PLS-SEM.
In this study using SEM covarian based (CB-SEM) with Maximum Likelihood
estimation method. ML is an unbiased estimator. The purpose of this study is to
determine the model compatibility test. From the results of the study, it is found
that the value of R
2
 customer satisfaction can explain 73% of the latent price
variable and 11% of the latent loyalty variable 11% of the remaining product
quality variables are explained by other variables the model fit is tasted using
Goodness of Fit test and the result show that the model fit to the data.

Structural Equation Modelling adalah suatu teknik statistik yang mampu
menganalisis pola hubungan linear secara simultan antara variabel indikator dan
variabel laten. Pada umumnya terdapat dua jenis SEM yaitu CB-SEM dan PLSSEM.

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM berbasis Kovarian (CB-SEM)
dengan metode estimasi Maximum Likelihood. ML merupakan penduga yang
bersifat tak bias. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menduga model SEM
terbaik dengan menggunakan Maximum Likelihood pada Covarian Based
Structrural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM). Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa
nilai R
2
 Kepuasan Pelanggan dapat menjelaskan sebesar 73% variabel laten
Harga, 11% variabel laten Loyalitas, dan 11% variabel laten Kualitas produk dan 
sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain serta Goodness of Fit yang baik sehingga
model yang digunakan sesuai dengan data.
