abstract: Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya penggunaan keterampilan
bertanya dan keterampilan memberi penguatan serta rendahnya hasil belajar
matematika siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu
untuk mengetahui kesignifikansi hubungan pada keterampilan bertanya dan
keterampilan memberi penguatan dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas tinggi
SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian
korelasional. Populasi berjumlah 189 siswa dan sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik
proporsionate stratified random sampling yaitu sebanyak 68 siswa. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Diawali uji validitas dan
reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan multiple
correlation nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,458 berapa pada taraf “cukup kuat.”

Kata kunci: hasil belajar, keterampilan bertanya, penguatan.
The problem of this research is that it is not optimal to use questioning skills and
skills to provide reinforcement as well as the low mathematics learning outcomes
of high-class students at the Central Metro 11 Elementary School. The purpose of
this study is to find out the significance of the relationship to questioning skills
and skills to provide reinforcement with the mathematics learning outcomes of
high-class students of 11 Metro Central Elementary School. The type of research
used is correlational research. The population of this study amounted to 189
students and the sample was taken based on the proportionate stratified random
sampling technique that is as many as 68 students. The technique of collecting
data using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Beginning the validity and reliability
test. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation and multiple
correlation correlation coefficient value r = 0.458 at the level of "strong enough",
thus a significant correlation.
