N2  - Dalam rangka menanggulangi kemiskinan pemerintah melaksanakan Program
Keluarga Harapan (PKH), salah satu daerah yang menerima program tersebut
adalah Kecamatan Way Tenong Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Tujuan penelitian
untuk mengetahui efektifitas Program Keluarga Harapan dalam mengurangi
kemiskinan di Kecamatan Way Tenong Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2017.
Teori yang digunakan Teori Efektivitas. Tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik
pengumpulan data wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa : Terdapat Lima indikator sebagai berikut : I. Masyarakat
memahami apa itu Program Keluarga Harapan dan tujuannya. 2. Masih banyak
warga yang miskin belum menerima PKH. Namun ada juga warga yang kaya atau
mampu, malah mendapatkan Program Keluarga Harapan. berarti PKH ini Belum
Efektif dalam ketepatan sasaran. 3. Setiap awal bulan penerimaan dana PKH tidak
pernah terlambat selalu tepat waktu masuk kerekening/tabungan penerima PKH. 4. Banyak masyarakat terbantu dengan adanya PKH dan sangat membantu beban
masyarakat dalam masalah sekolah dan kesehatan. 5. Yang tadinya anak malas
sekolah karena tidak ada uang saku jadi rajin sekolah dan yang jauh karena alasan
trasportasi sudah sekola setiap hari dengan semangat, begitu pula dengan ibu
hamil dan balita lebih terjamin gizi dan kesehatan nya karena tidak perlu takut
untuk memeriksa kesehatan karena keterbatasan biyaya.

In order to tackle poverty the government implemented the Family Hope Program
(PKH), one of the areas that received the program was Way Tenong District, West
Lampung Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness
of the Family Hope Program in reducing poverty in Way Tenong District, West
Lampung Regency in 2017. Theory used Effectiveness Theory. descriptive
research type with qualitative approach. Primary data sources and secondary data.
The research location is in Way Tenong District. The results of the study show
that: 1. The community understands what the Family Hope Program is and its
purpose. 2. There are still many poor people who have not accepted PKH. But
there are also people who are rich or capable, instead get the Hope Family
Program. means this PKH is not yet effective in the accuracy of the target. Every
month the receipt of PKH funds is never too late, always on time to enter the PKH
recipient's account. 4. Many people are helped by PKH and greatly help the
burden of the community in the health sector problems. 5. The child was lazy
because he did not have pocket money so he was diligent in the school and was
far away because of the reason he had managed every day. Pregnancy and
toddlers have more guaranteed nutrition and health because they do not need to be
afraid to check their health because of the limitations of biyaya.
