        abstract = {Program GaDIS bertujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat 
sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dan menciptakan lapangan kerja melalui 
berbagai kegiatan usaha yang dikelola BUMDes, namun hal tersebut belum 
tercapai di Kecamatan Negeri Katon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 
mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program GaDIS di Kecamatan Negeri Katon 
tahun 2017. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitiatif, dengan menggunakan 
metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 
bahwa Desa Karang Rejo, Desa Poncokresno, Desa Sinar Bandung dan Desa 
Purworejo sebagai pelaksanaan program GaDIS di Kecamatan Negeri Katon 
periode 2017 sudah efektif, karena lebih banyak indikator efektivitas yang 
terpenuhi seperti pemahaman program, tepat sasaran, tepat waktu, tercapainya 
tujuan dan perubahan nyata. Hanya Desa Sinar Bandung dan Purworejo yang 
belum memenuhi indikator tercapainya tujuan, dari 11 kegiatan unit usaha, 6 unit 
usahanya sudah efektif seperti usaha simpan pinjam dan produksi kerajinan tapis 
di Desa Karang Rejo, produksi kripik / kelanting dan ternak kambing di Desa 
Poncokresno, simpan pinjam dana usaha di Desa Sinar Bandung dan sewa tarup di 
Desa Purworejo.

GaDIS program aims to empower the community so that it can improve living 
standards and create jobs through various business activities managed by 
BUMDes, but this has not been achieved in the District of Negeri Katon. The 
purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of 
the GaDIS program in the District of Negeri Katon in 2017. This type of research 
is descriptive qualitative, using the method of interview, observation and 
documentation. The results of this study indicate that Karang Rejo Village, 
Poncokresno Village, Sinar Bandung Village and Purworejo Village as the 
implementation of the GaDIS program in the Negeri Katon Subdistrict for the 
2017 period have been effective, because more indicators of effectiveness are 
fulfilled such as understanding programs, on target, on time, achieving goals and 
real change. Only Sinar Bandung and Purworejo villages have not fulfilled the 
indicators for achieving the objectives, out of 11 business unit activities, 6 
business units have been effective such as savings and loan business and filter 
craft production in Karang Rejo Village, production of chips / goats and goats in 
Poncokresno Village, savings and loans business funds in Sinar Bandung Village 
and rent tarups in Purworejo Village.
