%X The success or failure of a political party can be measured by its success in the 
process of implementing recruitment he developed. The manifestation of the 
continuity of political parties is the emergence of cadres who have the capability 
and commitment to the dynamics of political parties for the future. The Gerindra 
Party can be said to be new in the politics of Indonesia and the City of Bandar 
Lampung in particular, but the Gerindra Party has been able to realize cadres who 
have capability and commitment.
In this study using qualitative descriptive research method Liliy Romli' 
Recruitment theory. First, how is the implementation of recruitment and 
regeneration process of the Gerindra Party in Bandar Lampung City ? Second, 
what are the inhibiting factors for Gerindra Party recruitment in Bandar Lampung 
City ? The results of this study are first, the Recruitment Process carried out by 
the DPC of the Gerindra Party is open both in recruiting party members and 
public office. Second, the concept of recruiting the Bandar Lampung Branch of 
the Gerindra Party Board to rely more on informal Political Education to foster a 
family atmosphere that can provide comfort in the provision of material and 
discussion of the latest issues. and education are the average high school 
graduates.

Sukses atau tidaknya sebuah partai politik dapat diukur dari kesuksesannya dalam
proses implementasi rekrutmen yang dikembangkannya. Wujud dari keberlanjutan 
partai politik adalah munculnya kader-kader yang memiliki kapabilitas dan 
komitmen terhadap dinamika partai politik untuk masa depan. Partai Gerindra 
dapat dikatakan baru dalam perpolitikan Indonesia dan Kota Bandar Lampung 
khususnya, akan tetapi Partai Gerindra sudah mampu mewujudkan kader-kader 
yang memiliki kapabilitas dan komitmen. 
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif teori 
Rekruitmen Liliy Romli. Pertama, Bagaimana Implementasi rekrutmen dan 
proses kaderisasi Partai Gerindra di Kota Bandar Lampung?. Kedua, apakah 
faktor penghambat rekrutmen Partai Gerindra di Kota Bandar Lampung?. Adapun 
hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, Proses Rekruitmen yang dilakukan oleh 
DPC Partai Gerindra bersifat terbuka baik dalam merekrut anggota partai ataupun 
jabatan publik. Kedua, konsep rekrutmen Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai 
Gerindra Kota Bandar Lampung lebih mengandalkan Pendidikan Politik secara 
informal untuk menumbuhkan suasana kekeluargaan yang dapat memberikan 
kenyamanan dalam pemberian materi dan pembahasan isu terkini, Suasana 
tersebut diperlukan karena mayoritas anggota DPC partai Gerindra Kota Bandar 
Lampung berlatar belakang pekerjaan swasta dan pendidikan yang rata-rata 
lulusan sekolah menengah atas.
