%T PELAKSANAAN FUNGSI ARTIKULASI DAN AGREGASI 
KEPENTINGAN ANGGOTA DPRD KABUPATEN LAMPUNG BARAT
(Studi di Pekon Sukarame Kecamatan Belalau)

%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi artikulasi dan 
agregasi kepentingan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Barat di Pekon 
Sukarame Kecamatan Belalau mengenai pembangunan jalan dan pengadaan listrik
yang ada di Pekon Sukarame. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan 
pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 
Purposive sehingga informan dalam penelitain ini berjumlah lima orang, yaitu 
Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Barat, Peratin Pekon Sukarame, Pemangku 
Pahiton Pekon Sukarame, ketua organisasi pemuda Pekon Sukarame, dan wakil 
ketua organisasi pemuda Pekon Sukarame. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) 
Pelaksanaan artikulasi kepentingan mengenai pembangunan jalan dan pengadaan 
listrik dilaksanakan melalui cara manifest dan latent atau secara langsung dan tidak 
langsung. Masyarakat Pekon Sukarame menyampaikan tuntutan secara langsung 
kepada anggota DPRD pada saat musrenbang dan secara tidak langsung melalui 
proposal. (2) pelaksanaan agregasi kepentingan anggota DPRD Kabupaten 
Lampung Barat mengenai pembangunan jalan dan pengadaan listrik di Pekon 
Sukarame dilakukan melalui proses kompromi atau pragmatic bargaining, anggota 
DPRD mengadakan proses kompromi anggaran dengan badan anggaran untuk 
memperoleh suatu keputusan.

This research aims to determine the implementation of articulation and aggregation 
function of the interests of the People's Representative Council of West Lampung 
District at Pekon Sukarame in Belalau district on road construction and 
procurement of electricity in Pekon Sukarame. This research uses qualitative 
methods with a case study approach. The technique of determining the informant 
in this study is Purposive so that the informant in this study amounted to five people, 
namely members of the House of Representatives of the District of West Lampung 
Regency, Peratin Pekon Sukarame, stakeholder Pahiton Pekon Sukarame, chairman 
Youth organization Pekon Sukarame, and vice-Chairman of the youth organization 
Pekon Sukarame. The results of this research are: (1) The implementation of 
articulation interests regarding road construction and power procurement is carried 
out through manifest and latent means or directly and indirectly. The Pekon 
Sukarame Society conveyed the demands directly to members of the regional House 
of Representatives at the time of the Musrenbang and indirectly through the 
proposal. (2) The implementation of the interests of the People's Representative 
Council of West Lampung Regency on road construction and power procurement 
in Pekon Sukarame is conducted through a compromise or pragmatic collective, a 
member of the House of Representatives The people of the region held a budget 
compromise process with the budget body to obtain a decision.
