description: This study aimed at describing pattern of regeneration that occurred through   elements including process of selection, process of education, process of binding,   and process of escorting which were applied in the regeneration pattern of Partai   Amanat Nasional (PAN). The case study were carried out on application of the   regeneration pattern by PAN Provincial Director Council of Lampung Province   The study was designed in qualitative form. The data collection used in-depth   interview technique. The determination of informant employed purposive   sampling by selecting party board directly involved in the regeneration process as   well as some party members outside the management. The Information was then   analyzed to draw inferences in accordance with reality in the field by methods of   data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification.  The findings evidently revealed that (1) the application of regeneration pattern by   PAN Provincial Director Council of Lampung Province was still not optimal; (2)   the overlapping of authority occured in carrying out formal education processes   between Provincial Director Council and Regional Director Council which   resulted in delay of formal education process in form of LKAM which should be   held by PAN Provincial Director Council of Lampung Province at least once a   year; and (3) the escorting process was still weak since the criminal acts of   corruption were still committed by cadres as regional heads.  Keywords: Regeneration, Political Parties, PAN Provincial Director Council   of Lampung Province  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan pola kaderisasi yang terjadi melalui   unsur-unsur diantaranya proses pilih, proses didik, proses ikat dan proses   pengawalan yang digunakan pada pola kaderisasi Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN).   Stadi kasus dilakukan pada penerapan pola kaderisasi oleh Dewan Pimpinan   Wilayah Partai Amanat Nasional Provinsi Lampung.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan   teknik wawancara mendalam. Penentuan informan secara purposive sampling  dengan memilih pengurus partai yang terlibat langsung pada proses kaderisasi   serta beberapa anggota partai diluar pengurus. Informasi dianalisis guna menarik   kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan realitas di lapangan dengan metode reduksi data,   penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. Pertama, penerapan pola kaderisasi oleh   DPW PAN Provinsi Lampung masih kurang maksimal. Kedua, terjadinya   tumpang tindih kewenangan dalam menyelenggarakan proses didik secara formal   antara DPW dan DPD yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses didik secara   formal berupa LKAM yang seharusnya diselenggarakan oleh DPW PAN Provinsi   Lampung minimal satu tahun sekali. Ketiga, proses pengawalan masih dirasa   kurang karena terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi oleh kader sebagai kepala daerah.
