abstract: The problem in this research was the lowest learning result of mathemathics on 5th
grade students at SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air Bandar Lampung. This research has 
purpose to find effect out of remedial learning with active learning strategy The 
Power of Two towards the learning result of mathemathics on students. This 
research method used was quasi experimental, with post-test design. The 
population of this research were all of 5th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Gedong 
Air Bandar Lampung and the sample of this research was 5th A grade used 
Purposive Sampling technique based on the lowest daily math test scores. Data 
collection technique used documentation and test. The data analysis technique 
used t test. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that there is an 
effect remedial learning with active learning strategy The Power of Two towards 
the learning result of mathemathics on students.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar matematika peserta 
didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran remedial dengan strategi pembelajaran 
aktif The Power of Two terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Metode 
penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu, dengan post-test design. 
Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Gedong 
Air Bandar Lampung dan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas V A dengan 
menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling berdasarkan nilai ulangan harian 
matematika terendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan 
tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini
diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran remedial dengan
strategi pembelajaran aktif The Power of Two terhadap hasil belajar matematika 
peserta didik.
