"Mathematical model predator-prey is a model that describes the case\r\nvariation of natural phenomenon,one of them is the interaction between two\r\nspecies who lives in an ecosystem. Predator population which in fact is at the\r\nhigher level in the food chain, tend to be fewer in number than the prey\r\npopulation, and are more susceptible to infection. In this research, a predator- prey model is developed with two types of predator populations, one of them is\r\ninfected with disease.\r\nLiterature study was conducted to examine models involving infection.\r\nIdentification of problems in the case of two predators and one prey where there\r\nis an infected predator population, formulating assumptions for the case, defining\r\nvariables that represent the four populations, namely the first type of predator\r\nwhich healthy, the first type of predator which infected, the second type of\r\npredator, and the prey, also the formation of an interaction scheme among\r\npopulations is carried out in the formulation of mathematical models.\r\nThe mathematical model for a first-type healthy predator population is\r\ninfluenced by infection transmission, vaccination and treatment, predation\r\nmeasures, and natural mortality factors. The mathematical model for the\r\npopulation of the infected predator is also influenced by the transmission of\r\ninfection, vaccination and treatment, natural mortality and death due to infection.\r\nThe mathematical model for the second type of predator population is influenced\r\nby predation and natural mortality factors. The mathematical model for the prey\r\npopulation is influenced by natural growth and predation measures by the three\r\npredator population.\r\nKata kunci: Predator-prey\r\nModel matematika Predator-Prey merupakan model yang menggambarkan\r\nvariasi kasus fenomena alam, salah satunya adalah interaksi antar dua spesies\r\nyang hidup pada suatu ekosistem. Populasi predator yang pada hakikatnya berada\r\npada tingkatan atas rantai makanan, cenderung lebih sedikit jumlahnya dibanding\r\npopulasi prey, serta lebih rentan terkena infeksi penyakit. Dalam skripsi ini,\r\ndikembangkan model predator-prey dengan dua jenis populasi predator yang\r\nsalah satunya terinfeksi penyakit.\r\nStudi literatur dilakukan untuk mengkaji model yang melibatkan infeksi.\r\nIdentifikasi masalah pada kasus dua predator satu prey dimana terdapat populasi\r\npredator yang terinfeksi, penyusunan asumsi terhadap kasus, pendefinisian\r\nvariabel yang mewakilkan keempat populasi yaitu predator jenis pertama yang\r\nsehat, predator jenis pertama yang terinfeksi, predator jenis kedua, dan prey, serta\r\npembentukan skema interaksi antar populasi dilakukan dalam perumusan model\r\nmatematika.\r\nModel matematika bagi populasi predator jenis pertama yang sehat\r\ndipengaruhi oleh penularan infeksi, tindakan vaksinasi dan treatment, tindakan\r\npredasi, dan faktor kematian alami. Model matematika bagi populasi predator\r\njenis pertama yang terinfeksi juga dipengaruhi oleh penularan infeksi, tindakan\r\nvaksinasi dan treatment, faktor kematian alami dan kematian akibat infeksi.\r\nModel matematika bagi populasi predator jenis kedua dipengaruhi oleh tindakan\r\npredasi dan faktor kematian alami. Selanjutnya, model matematika bagi populasi\r\nprey dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan alami dan tindakan predasi oleh ketiga\r\npopulasi predator.
