description:   Lampung Selatan merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki banyak sekali potensi   wisata, salah satunya adalah Desa Bulok. Desa Bulok memiliki potensi wisata  seperti Pantai Teluk Nipah dan Lamban Kelor, namun sayang pengembangan  sektor wisata di Desa Bulok belum berjalan maksimal karena beberapa faktor.  Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengkaji sektor keempat dalam pengembangan  pariwisata di Desa Bulok, sektor keempat digunakan karena mampu berdiri  sendiri dan bukan dari ketiga sektor konvensional (pemerintah, swasta dan LSM).  Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LPK Jaya Tapis Bulok merupakan salah satu  model contoh dari pengembangan pariwisata kerakyatan yang dimulai dan  dijalankan oleh seorang social entrepreneur sebagai sektor keempat di Desa  Bulok Kecamatan Kalianda Lampung Selatan. Jaya Tapis Bulok didirikan oleh  masyarakat lokal dengan tujuan mendidik penduduk setempat dan pengunjung  mengenai kelestarian tapis Lampung. Saran yang diperlukan adalah terbentuknya  sektor keempat oleh social entrepreneurs yang dapat menggabungkan kualitas  terbaik dari ketiga sektor, yaitu pemerintah, swasta dan juga LSM dengan  menggunakan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang berjiwa sosial serta dapat  berdampak positif kepada lingkungan.    Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Pariwisata, Sektor Keempat, Social  Entrepreneur  South Lampung is a district that has a lot of tourism potential, one of which is   Bulok Village. Bulok Village has tourism potential such as Teluk Nipah Beach  and Lamban Kelor, but unfortunately the development of the tourism sector in  Bulok Village has not run optimally due to several factors. Therefore, researchers  want to examine the fourth sector in tourism development in Bulok Village, the  fourth sector is used because it is able to stand alone and not from the three  conventional sectors (government, private and NGOs). This research approach is  qualitative research with descriptive type. The results show that LPK Jaya Tapis  Bulok is one of the model examples of community tourism development that was  started and run by a social entrepreneur as the fourth sector in Bulok Village,  Kalianda District, South Lampung. Jaya Tapis Bulok was founded by local people  with the aim of educating local residents and visitors about the sustainability of  Lampung tapis. The suggestion needed is the formation of a fourth sector by  social entrepreneurs who can combine the best qualities from the three sectors,  namely government, private sector and also NGOs by using entrepreneurial values  that have a social spirit and can have a positive impact on the environment.
