NILAI PERUSAHAAN
(Studi pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
(BEI) Tahun 2016-2019)

%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh
implementasi good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, dan
leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu statistik
deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel
penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive
sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 perusahaan dengan waktu
pengamatan 4 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah analisis regresi data panel menggunakan bantuan software pengolah data
statistik yaitu E-views 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial
GCG berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, CSR berpengaruh
negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan leverage berpengaruh tidak
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan
bahwa GCG, CSR, dan Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai
perusahaan.

This study aims to identify and analyze implementation impact of good corporate
governance, corporate social responsibility, and leverage on corporate value. The
kind of research used is descriptive statistics with a quantitative research
approach. The sample sampling technique used non-probability sampling, by
purposive sampling method, sample in this study is 8 companies with 4 years of
observation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the regression panel
data analysis using statistical data processing software that is E-views 11. The
results of this study suggest that GCG is partial to insignificant company?s value,
CSR has a significant negative impact on company?s value, and leverage has an
insignificant impact on the company?s value. Simultaneous research shows that
GCG, CSR, and leverage have significant impact on the company?s value.
