Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan kesiapan kebencanaan guru. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 34 guru. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner PFA (Psychology First Aid). Analisis data menggunakan analisis presentase. Presentase yang di dapat pada penelitian ini dengan ketegori tinggi 47,1\% , sangat tinggi 2,9\%, kategori rendah sebesar 32,4\% dan kategori sangat rendah 17,6\%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kesiapan kebencanaan guru dikategorikan tinggi dengan persentase mencapai 50\%, dalam hal ini semua disebabkan adanya beberapa faktor diantara para guru belum memamahi dalam sikap kebencanaan dan pendekatan hubungan emosional dengan peserta didik khususnya dalam penanganan Psychology First Aid (PFA). Kata kunci: kesiapan kebencanaan, psychology first aid The problem in this study is the knowledge and skills of teachers' disaster preparedness is low. The purpose of this study was to analyze the knowledge level and skills of disaster preparedness of teachers. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The research subjects were 34 teachers. The measurement techniques is using questionnaire method of PFA (Psychology First Aid). Data analysis using percentage analysis. In this study, the percentage consisted of 47.1\% in the high category, 2.9\% in the very high category, while in the low category it was 32.4\% and the very low category was 17.6\%. The results of the study found that the level of knowledge and skills of disaster preparedness of teachers, Regency was categorized as high with a percentage reaching 50\%, in this case all due to several factors among teachers who did not understand disaster attitudes and approaches to emotional relationships with students. especially in handling Psychology First Aid (PFA).
