"Idealnya pembelajaran yang diadakan di lembaga PAUD dilakukan melalui tatap \r\nmuka langsung, bermain, dan hal-hal yang bersifat menyenangkan. Namun, dalam \r\nmasa pandemi ini, pendidik menghadapi tantangan baru untuk lebih meningkatkan \r\nkemampuan dalam hal pembelajaran secara daring (dalam jaringan). TK Cut \r\nMutia Bandar Lampung memanfaatkan aplikasi daring yaitu Zoomuntuk proses \r\nbelajar mengajar, dan aplikasi Whatsapp Group untuk berkomunikasi dengan \r\norang tua murid selama masa pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk \r\nmenggambarkan implementasi komunikasi pendidik dalam pembelajaran daring \r\ndi masa pandemi, serta hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan pendidik di TK Cut \r\nMutia Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif \r\ndeskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian \r\nadalah Teori Komunikasi Interpersonal dari Joseph Devito (1989). Hasil \r\npenelitian yaitu guru melakukan implementasi komunikasi dalam pembelajaran \r\ndaring dengan menerapkan sikap keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, sikap positif, \r\ndan kesetraan, serta strategi andalan dalam penyampaian pesan melalui metode \r\ndongeng bersambung yang memanfaatkan fitur pada aplikasi Zoom. Hambatan \r\nyang dihadapi pendidik saat pembelajaran daring yaitu dari segi fisik, semantik, \r\ndan psikologis, untuk itu butuh kerjasama yang baik antara pendidik, wali murid, \r\ndan anak didik selama pembelajaran daring berlangsung. \r\nKata Kunci: implementasi komunikasi, pembelajaran daring, anak usia dini \r\n\r\nBy\r\nDESTRI MELYANDA\r\nIdeally, learning held at PAUD institutions is carried out through face-to-face, \r\nplaying, and fun things. Cut Mutia Kindergarten Bandar Lampung utilizes online \r\napplications, namely Zoom for the teaching and learning process, and the \r\nWhatsapp Group application to communicate with parents during the pandemic. \r\nThe purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of educator \r\ncommunication in online learning during the pandemic, as well as the obstacles \r\nand efforts made by educators at Cut Mutia Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung. The \r\nresearch method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The \r\ntheory used in this study is the Theory of Interpersonal Communication from \r\nJoseph Devito (1989). The results of the study are that the teacher implements \r\ncommunication in online learning by applying an attitude of openness, empathy, \r\nsupport, a positive attitude, and equality, as well as a mainstay strategy in \r\ndelivering messages through the serialized story method that utilizes features in \r\nthe Zoom application. The obstacles faced by educators when learning online are \r\nin terms of physical, semantic, and psychological aspects, for that it requires good \r\ncooperation between educators, guardians of students, and students during online \r\nlearning.\r\nKeywords: communication implementation, online learning, early childhood"^^ .
