Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Data Panel dengan model regresi Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dengan variabel bebas yaitu belanja modal, PMDN, tenaga kerja, dan TIK sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel belanja modal dan PMDN berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), sedangkan tenaga kerja dan TIK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Sumatera. ABSTRACT EFFECT OF CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, PMDN, LABOR, AND ICT ON THE GROSS REGIONAL DOMESTIC PRODUCT (GRDP) IN THE PROVINCES OF SUMATRA ISLAND IN 2015-2019 By ITA AWALULLAIL This study aims to examine the effect of capital expenditure, Domestic Investment (DI), labor, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the provinces on Sumatra Island in 2015- 2019. The analytical method used in this study is panel data analysis for the provinces on the Sumatra Island from 2015 to 2019 using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) regression model. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as the dependent variable and capital expenditure, Domestic Investment (DI), labor, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as the dependent variable. The result of this study show that capital expenditure and Domestic Investment (DI) variables have a positive and insignificant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), while labor and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have a positive and significant impact on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the provinces on the Island of Sumatra in 2015-2019.
