This study aimed to learn the effect of jackfruit bark extract on the control of MAS (Motile Aeromonas Septicemia) in sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely feeding without ingredient extract or control and challenge test, giving 200 mg/kg jackfruit bark extract feed (B), 300 mg/kg feed (C), 400 mg/kg feed (D) and maintenance for 14 days. The results contained bioactive compounds such as saponins, tannins, terpenoids and flavonoids. The LD50 tested with a density of 108 cfu/ml, the best antibacterial activity screening at a dose of 200 mg/l was 7,09 mm, the MIC and MBC tested found no bacterial growth and the toxicity test was 887 mg/l. A total of 160 fish ({$\pm$} 18-23cm) with a density of 15 fish/container were used in this study. Data were collected on days-0 and 14 to observe the parameters of survival rate, survival rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio and water quality. Clinical symptoms were observed every day during the rearing period. Data were analyzed used Anova at 95\% confidence le- vel and continued with Duncan's test. The results showed that the administration of jackfruit bark extract had an effect on the survival rate. As for the survival rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio had no significant effect on bacterial infection. Clinical symptoms in the treatment obtained wound repair gradually improved. The water quality was still in normal condition during the treatment. The results of this study indicated that the added of jackfruit bark extract at a dose of 300 mg/kg of feed was the best treatment to protect sangkuriang catfish from the Motile Aeromonas Septicemia disease.
