Jenis penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan merujuk pada teori R\&D Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah tiga sekolah yang ada di gugus Apel, Kecamatan Sukarame. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Way Dadi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan non tes berupa observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan deskriptif persentase untuk validasi ahli dan praktisi, dan analisis kuantitatif dengan program rasch untuk validitas, reliabilitas, dan efektifitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian pada project based learning untuk mengukur keterampilan kolaborasi dan kepedulian peserta didik di sekolah dasar yang dikembangkan dengan kelayakan teoritis, praktis, dan efektif. Kata kunci: instrumen penilaian, kepedulian, kolaborasi, project based learning This study aims to develop an assessment instrument in project based learning to measure collaboration skills and compassion for students in elementary school. The type of research and development used refers to the R\&D theory of Borg and Gall. Population of this research were three schools in the Apple cluster, Sukarame district. The sample of this research were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Way Dadi. Data collection techniques using non-test in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To analyze the data, reasercher use qualitative analysis with descriptive percentage for expert and practitioner validation, and quantitative analysis with rasch program for validity, reliability, and effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the assessment instrument in project based learning to measure collaboration skills and compassion for students in elementary school which are properly developed with theoretical feasibility, practically, and effectively.
