"Intisari – Iradiasi matahari merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh\r\ndalam sistem photovoltaic dan sangat penting untuk memodelkan dan melakukan\r\nsimulasi data iradiasi matahari. Penelitian ini memodelkan iradiasi matahari dan\r\nmenentukan luas optimal photovolataic array (\r\n\r\n) dengan mempertimbangkan\r\n\r\nkapasitas baterai (\r\n\r\n) pada tahap perencanaan pembuatan PLTS. Fungsi Objektif\r\n\r\ndari penelitian ini ialah meminimalkan luas area photovoltaic array (\r\n\r\n). Fungsi\r\nobjektif merupakan subjek untuk equality constraint ( persamaan daya dan baterai)\r\ndan inequality constraint (aliran daya dan limit baterai). Karena kronologi daya\r\nyang dihasilkan oleh PV dan beban merupakan proses stokastik, dimana keadan\r\nsaat ini mengandung informasi untuk keadaan selanjutnya. Maka, model Markov\r\ndiimplementasikan berdasarkan probabilitas dari iradiasi matahari dan beban untuk\r\nmengurangi batasan dan variabel. Keadaan dari Markov didapatkan dari algoritma\r\nklustering (k-means clustering) berdasarkan mean dan standar deviasi dari data\r\niradiasi matahari. Pada hasil simulasi terdapat permodelan iradiasi matahari dan\r\njuga nilai optimal luas area photovoltaic array (\r\n).\r\n\r\nKata Kunci: Iradiasi matahari; Clustering; matrix transisi probabilitas Markov;\r\nlinear Programming; optimasi; photovoltaic array.\r\n\r\nAbstract – Solar radiation is one of the most important factors in the photovoltaic\r\nsystem and is very important for modelling and simulating solar irradiation data.\r\nThis research modelled the solar irradiation and determined the optimal\r\nphotovolatic array (\r\n\r\n) by considering the battery capacity (MW) at the planning\r\nstage of PLTS. The objective function of this research is to minimize the vast area\r\nof photovoltaic array(\r\n\r\n). Objective function is subject to equality (power flow\r\nequation and battery) and inequality constarints (limit battery). Because the power\r\nchronology generated by PV and load is a stochastic process, where the current state\r\ncontains information for the next state. Thus, Markov model is implemented based\r\non the probability of solar irradiation and the load to reduce boundaries and\r\nvariables. The state of Markov was obtained from k-means clustering algorithm\r\nbased on mean and standard deviation from the data of solar irradiation.
