abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan pendanaan,
kebijakan investasi dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dari 33
jumlah perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI pada
periode 2015-2019, setelah penarikan sampel ditemukan hasil sebanyak 10
perusahaan dan penggunaan sampel akhir adalah sebanyak 50 sampel. Penelitian
ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.
Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi model data
panel, untuk menghasilkan hasil penelitian yang lebih akurat penulis menggunakan
program E-Views 9 sebagai alat uji. Dengan menggunakan fixed effect model, hasil
yang didapatkan adalah kebijakan pendanaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan investasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh
negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian secara simultan,
kebijakan pendanaan, kebijakan investasi dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh
secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aimed to examine the effect of financing decision, dividend policy and
investment decision on firm value. From 33 of food and beverage sub-sector
companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period, after sampling the results
were found to be 10 companies and the use of the final sample was 50 samples. This
research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The technique
used in this research is panel data model regression analysis, to get more accurate
results the authors use the E-Views 9 program as a test tool. By using the fixed
effect model, the results obtained are that funding policy has a positive and
significant effect on firm value, investment decision has a negative and not
significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy has a negative and significant
effect on firm value. Then simultaneously, financing decision, investment decision
and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value.
