SD NEGERI GUGUS TELUK BETUNG UTARA
%X Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV
SD Negeri Gugus Teluk Betung Utara yang masih di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan
Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalsis dan mengetahui
pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik pendidik terhadap hasil belajar, fasilitas belajar
terhadap hasil belajar, kompetensi pedagogik pendidik dan fasilitas belajar secara
bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Gugus
Teluk Betung Utara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD
Negeri Gugus Teluk Betung Utara sebanyak 57 peserta didik, ditentukan dengan
teknik pengambilan sampel proportinate stratified random sampling. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ex post facto,
dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik non tes yaitu angket
dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Sederhana
dan Regresi Ganda. Hasil penelitian: (1) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik
pendidik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik yang terkategori rendah, (2) terdapat
pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik yang terkategori
rendah, (3) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik pendidik dan fasilitas belajar
secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik yang terkategori rendah.

The problem in this research was the learning outcomes of fourth grade students
of Public Elementary School Gugus Teluk Betung Utara which are still below the
Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC). This research aims to analyze and find
out the effect of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning outcomes, learning
facilities on the learning outcomes, teacher pedagogic competence and learning
facilities simultaneously on students learning outcomes of grade fourth Public
Elementary School Gugus Teluk Betung Utara. The research sample was 57
students of grade fourth Public Elementary School Gugus Teluk Betung Utara,
which were determined by using proportinate stratified random sampling
technique. This type of research is quantitative research with ex post facto
research methods, and the data collection techniques used are non-test techniques,
namely using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis use a Simple
Regression and Multiple Regression. The result have a point toward: (1) there is
have a effect of teacher pedagogic competence on the students learning outcomes
who are categorized as low, (2) there is have a effect of learning facilities on the
students learning outcomes who are categorized as low, (3) there is have a effect
of teacher pedagogic competence and learning facilities simultaneously with
students learning outcomes who are categorized as low.
