N2  - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi yang dimiliki ibu yang bekerja dalam membagi waktu untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini fokus pada kegiatan komunikasi antarpribadi ibu dengan anak untuk menerapkan strategi yang akan ibu lakukan. Dilihat dari dua aspek yang diambil dari teori penyusunan tindakan yaitu aspek kandungan pengetahuan yang artinya adalah aspek yang melihat bahwa ibu memiliki pengetahuan tentang komunikasi antarpibadi dan pengetahuan prosedural yang mempunyai arti bahwa ibu tahu cara menerapkan pengetahuan yang sudah ibu miliki kepada anak tentang komunikasi antarpribadi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 2 aspek tersebut. Ibu memiliki pengetahuan tentang komunikasi antarpribadi dan ibu tahu cara menerapkannya kepada anak. Sehingga ketika ibu sibuk dan jarang memiliki waktu untuk bersama dengan anaknya, namun ibu tidak khawatir dikarenakan ibu sudah memiliki strategi untuk tetap mempunyai waktu dengan anaknya.





The purpose of this research is to know what kind of strategies do the working mom have in case to share their time not only to their job in office, but also to their children. This research is using qualitative desription documentation-based kind of type, also focusing in an interpersonal communication activities between working moms and their kids to apply some kind of strategies that moms have observed from 2 kind of aspects of action arrangement theory, first is knowledge contentaspect which is an aspect that showed if moms indeed have knowledge about interpersonal communication towards their kids the second is procedural knowledge, which means that mom knew and understood about how to apply their interpersonal communication knowledge to their relationship with their children. Based on results that showed on this research, indicates that from 2 aspects above, moms do have knowledge ability about interpersonal communication and moms also do understand about how to apply thar interpersonal comm to their children, so that if the moms are busy and barely have time to spend with their children, the moms aren't worried, because they already have strategies about how to spend time with their kids in case to maintain their relationship with their children.
