A good feed meets nutritional standards and contains the appropriate protein, fat, minerals, energy sources, carbohydrates and fiber. One of the obstacles in fish rearing activities is the availability of sufficient quantity of feed, good quality and low prices. One way is to find alternative feeds as a substitute for protein sources, for example, substitution of soy flour and fish meal with other protein sources such as indigofera leaf shoot and gold snail meat meal. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the use of Indigofera leaf shoot and gold snail meat flour on the growth of nilem fish Osteochilus vittatus. This study used 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely, A (commercial feed), B (25\% indigofera leaf shoot + 75\% golden snail flour), C (50\% indigofera leaf shoot + 50\% gold snail flour), and D (75\% indigofera leaf shoot + 25\% golden snail flour). The results obtained from this study were the combination of feed with the addition of 25\% indigofera leaf shoot + 75\% gold snail flour as raw material for nilem fish feed had no significant effect compared to commercial feed with absolute weight growth of 10.61{$\pm$}0.21 cm, feed conversion ratio of 1 .18{$\pm$}0.06, and a survival rate of 100\%.
