Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa yang valid, reliabel, praktis, dan dapat mengetahui profil keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Dari beberapa penelitian yang relevan memfokuskan penelitiannya pada pengembangan instrumen penilaian keterampilan menggunakan pendekatan model 4-D dan problem solving, sedangkan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pembejaran berbasis proyek. Hasil penilaian oleh ketiga validator yang mencakupi aspek kontruksi, substansi, dan bahasa dengan peresentase 85%, Validitas pada 9 pernyataan indikator keterampilan berpikir kreatif valid karena r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,361), Sedangkan reliabelitas pada 9 pernyataan indikator keterampilan berpikir kreatif bersifat reliabel dengan angka cronbach?s alpha sebesar 0,714 lebih besar dari nilai minimal cronbach?s alpha 0,6. Kepraktisan instrumen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada pembelajaran fisika berbasis project based learning sangat tinggi dengan persentase dari kesesuaian sebesar 88%, kemudahan sebesar 85%, dan kemanfaatan sebesar 85%. Profil keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa yang telah diukur dengan instrumen penilaian hasil pengembangan yang menghasilkan persentase rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa sebesar 71% yang berarti baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa insturmen penilaian keterampilan berpikir kreatif berbasis project based learning valid, reliabel, praktis dan dapat mengetahui profil keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. This study aims to produce an instrument for assessing students creative thinking skills that is valid, reliable, practical, and can determine the profile of students creative thinking skills. From several relevant studies, it focuses its research on developing skills assessment instruments using a 4-D model approach and problem solving, while this study uses a project-based pursuit approach. The results of the assessment by the three validators covering aspects of construction, substance, and language with a percentage of 85%, the validity of the 9 indicators of creative thinking skills is valid because r count is greater than r table (0.361), while the reliability of 9 indicators of creative thinking skills indicators is valid. reliable with a cronbach's alpha number of 0.714 greater than the minimum value of 0.6 cronbach's alpha. The practicality of the instrument for assessing students' creative thinking skills in physics-based project-based learning is very high with a suitability percentage of 88%, convenience of 85%, and benefit of 85%. The profiles of students 'creative thinking skills that have been measured by the development outcome assessment instrument produce an average percentage of students' creative thinking skills of 71% which means good. Thus it can be concluded that the assessment instruments for creative thinking skills based on project-based learning are valid, reliable, practical and can determine the profile of students creative thinking skills.
