Col umbus Mul t i Sarana Lampung.\r\nPeneli t ian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuali tat if . \r\nTeknik pengumpulan data y ang digunakan yai tu mengacu pada metode \r\npengumpulan dat a observasi , wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokument asi . Data\r\ntersebut l alu di analisis dengan pemisahan data sekunder dan primer kemudian\r\nmenggunakan teknik keabsahan data dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data,\r\ndan penari kan simpulan. Narasumber terlibat y ang diwawancarai yai tu\r\nstakehol ders yang berka i tan dengan PT. Col umbus Mul t i Sarana Lampung.\r\nTeknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yai tu purposive sampling dan \r\ndi perol eh narasumber sebanyak tiga (3) orang y ang terdi ri atas manager atau\r\nhumas, kar yawan dan konsumen. Hasil peneli t ian menunjukan bahwa \r\nkesenjangan perilaku komunikasi PT. Therefore, this study aims to\r\ndetermine the gap in communication behavior that occurs in the management of\r\nPublic Relations (PR) of PT. Columbus Multi Sarana Lampung. This study uses a\r\ncase study method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique\r\nused refers to the data coll ection methods of observation, interviews, literature\r\nstudy and documentation. The data is then analyzed by separating secondary and \r\nprimary data and then using data validity techniques with the stages of data\r\nreduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The interviewees involved\r\nare stakeholde rs related to PT. Columbus Multi Sarana Lampung. The sampling\r\ntechnique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as three (3) resource\r\npersons consisting of managers or public relations, employees and consumers.\r\nThe results showed that the gap in the communication behavior of PT.
