(STUDI KASUS : KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG)

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  untuk  melihat  Pengaruh  Pengeluaran  Pemerintah  Sektor 
Pendidikan,  Kesehatan,  Infrastruktur,Investasi  dan  Tenaga  Kerja  Terhadap 
Pertumbuhan  Ekonomi  (Studi  Kasus:  kabupaten/kota  di  Provinsi  Lampung). 
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analisis Data 
Panel  dengan  model  FEM  (Fixed  Effect  Model)  dengan  variabel  bebas  yaitu 
pengeluaran  pemerintah  di sektor pendidikan, kesehatan, infrastruktur, investasi 
dan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan positif 
dan signifikan antara pengeluaran pemerintah di sektor kesehatan, infrastruktur 
dan  investasi  terhadap  pertumbuhan  ekonomi  di  Kabupaten/kota  di  Provinsi 
Lampung, sedangkan pengeluaran pemerintah di sektor pendidikan berpengaruh 
positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten/kota 
di Provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan 
tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi  di Kabupaten/kota di Provinsi 
Lampung. 
Kata kunci : Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Infrastruktur, investasi, Tenaga Kerja, 
Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF GOVERNMENT SPENDING ON 
EDUCATION, HELATH, INFRASTRUCTURE, INVESTMENT AND 
LABOR ON ECONOMIC GROWTH
(CASE STUDY: DISTRICTS/ CITIES IN LAMPUNG PROVINCE)

The purpose of this  research    is to see the influence of government spending on 
education, health, infrastructure, investment and labor on economic growth (Case 
Study: Districts / Cities in Lampung Province). The method of analysis used in 
this research is the method of analysing  data panels   with model FEM (Fixed Effect 
Model)  with  independent  variables,  that  is  the  government  spending  in  the 
education, health, infrastructure, investment and labor sectors. The results of this 
research  indicate  that  there  is  a  positive  and  significant  relationship  between 
government  spending  in  the  health  sector,  infrastructure  and  investment  on 
economic  growth  in  districts  /  cities  in  Lampung  Province,  while  government 
spending in the education sector has a positive but insignificant effect on economic 
growth in regencies / cities in Lampung. While the labor variable has a negative 
and  insignificant  effect  on  economic  growth  in  districts  /  cities  in  Lampung 
Province.
