abstract: Salah satu jenis komoditi perikanan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi adalah
ikan lele. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Menganalisis pendapatan budidaya lele
dari beberapa model kolam di Propinsi Lampung (2) Menganalisis kelayakan
finansial dari berbagai model budidaya lele di Propinsi Lampung (3)
Menganalisis kelayakan non finansial dari berbagai model budidaya lele di
Propinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survai. Sampel
penelitian berjumlah 5 pembudidaya untuk kolam tanah, 5 pembudidaya untuk
kolam plastik yang berlokasi di Desa Adi Warno Kecamatan Batanghari di
Kabupaten Lampung Timur, sedangkan kolam bioflok sebanyak 2 pembudidaya
yang diambil di wilayah Yosomulyo Kecamatan Metro Pusat di Kota Metro.
Analisis data menggunakan analisis kelayakan finansial dan menghasilkan nilai
sebagai berikut: (a) NPV tertinggi diperoleh pada kolam bioflok dengan nilai Rp
1.441.450, (b) Gross B/C tertinggi diperoleh pada kolam plastik dengan nilai 1,86,
(c) Net B/C tertinggi diperoleh pada kolam plastik dengan nilai 2,11, (d) IRR
tertinggi pada kolam plastik dangan nilai 56%, dan (e) Paybac Periode dari semua
model kolam hampir sama yaitu 1 tahun. Seluruh kriteria analisis finansial ini
menunjukkan bahwa usaha budi daya ikan lele adalah layak untuk diusahakan.
Hasil analisis sensitivitas pada kenaikan biaya produksi sebesar 36,4%, penurunan
harga jual sebesar 10,5% dan penurunan produksi ikan lele sebesar 0,52%
menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelayakan usaha
budidaya ikan lele. Pendapatan yang diperoleh pembudidaya lele pada tahun 2020
adalah: kolam tanah sebesar Rp. 12.729.405,- kolam plasatik sebesar Rp.
28.017.964,-, dan kolam bioflok sebesar Rp. 15.136.766,-

One type of fishery commodity that has high economic value is catfish. The
objectives of this study were: (1) to analyze the income of catfish cultivation from
several pond models in Lampung Province (2) to analyze the financial feasibility
of various models of catfish cultivation in Lampung Province (3) to analyze the
non-financial feasibility of various models of catfish cultivation in Lampung
Province. This research was conducted by survey method. The research sample
consisted of 5 cultivators for soil ponds, 5 cultivators for plastic ponds located in
Adi Warno Village, Batanghari Subdistrict in East Lampung Regency, while 2
cultivators in biofloc ponds were taken in the Yosomulyo area, Metro Pusat
Subdistrict in Metro City. Data analysis used financial feasibility analysis and
resulted in the following values: (a) the highest NPV was obtained in biofloc
ponds with a value of Rp. 1,441,450, (b) the highest Gross B/C was obtained in
plastic ponds with a value of 1.86, (c) Net The highest B/C was obtained in plastic
pools with a value of 2.11, (d) the highest IRR in plastic pools with a value of
56%, and (e) Payback period of all pool models was almost the same, namely 1
year. All of these financial analysis criteria indicate that catfish farming is
feasible. The results of sensitivity analysis on an increase in production costs by
36.4%, a decrease in selling prices by 10.5% and a decrease in catfish production
by 0.52% indicate a significant influence on the feasibility of catfish farming.
The income earned by catfish farmers in 2020 is: an earthen pond of Rp.
12,729,405,- plastic pool of Rp. 28,017,964,-, and a biofloc pond of Rp.
15,136,766,-
