N2  - Masalah penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar dan kemampuan interpersonal peserta
didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 2 Kalianda masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal pendidik terhadap hasil belajar
peserta didik SD Negeri 2 Kalianda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian Expost Facto. Populasi berjumlah 255 orang
dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan observasi, angket, dan studi dokumen. Data yang sudah
dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil
penelitian dapat diambil keputusan dalam uji regresi linier sederhana yaitu
koefisien X bernilai positif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel komunikasi
interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel hasil belajar di
SD Negeri 2 Kalianda.

The problem of the research is that the learning outcomes and interpesonal skill
of high grade at SD Negeri 2 Kalianda are still low. The purpose of this research
was to investigate the influence of interpersonal communication of the educator
on the student?s learning outcomes of SD Negeri 2 Kalianda. This research used a
quantitative approach and the type of research was expost facto. The population
of 255 students and a sample of 72 students. Data collection techniques usedwere
observation, questionnaires, and document studies. The data collected were then
analyzed using simple regression. Based on the results of the research, a decision
can be made in a simple linear regression test, namely the coefficient of X is
positive, it can be concluded that the interpersonal communication variable has a
positive and significant effect on the learning outcome variable of students at SD
Negeri 2 Kalianda.
