Pekon Wonodadi merupakan salah satu pekon yang terpilih untuk dilakukannya pengembangan smart village, pekon ini berada di kecamatan Gading Rejo, kabupaten Pringsewu, provinsi Lampung. Untuk mewujudkan konsep smart village di Pekon Wonodadi maka permasalahan pada sisi administrasi di Pekon Wonodadi harus diselesaikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menyelesaikan permasalahan administrasi umum di Pekon Wonodadi dengan mengembangkan Sistem Administrasi Pelayanan Desa (SIAP) berbasis web pada modul administrasi umum dengan framework CodeIgniter 3. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, kemudian diuji menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode black-box testing dengan teknik Equivalence Partitioning dan metode UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Wonodadi Village is one of the villages selected for smart village development, This village is located in Gading Rejo sub-district, Pringsewu district, Lampung province. To realize the smart village concept in Wonodadi Village, the problems on the administrative side in Wonodadi Village must be resolved. This research was conducted with the aim of solving general administrative problems in Wonodadi Village by developing a web-based general administration module in Sistem Administrasi Pelayanan Desa (SIAP) with codeigniter 3 framework. The System development using the Waterfall method, then tested using two methods, the black-box testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning technique and the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) method.
