%X    ABSTRACT     FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT, DEBT, INFLATION, LABOR  ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN ASEAN COUNTRIES     By     ARIA KURNIAWAN      The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Foreign Direct  Investment, foreign debt, inflation, and labor on economic growth in  ASEAN. The data used is panel data consisting of time series data for 20092019  and  a    cross-section of 10 ASEAN countries. The variables used are  economic growth, Foreign Direct Investment, foreign debt, inflation, and  labor. The analytical tool used is panel data regression, namely the Fixed  Effect Model (FEM). The results show that Foreign Direct Investment,  foreign debt, and labor have a positive and significant effect on economic  growth, while inflation has a negative and significant effect on economic  growth.      Keywords: ASEAN, Fixed Effect Model (FEM), Debt, and Economic        Growth.                   Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh Foreign Direct Investment,  utang luar negeri, inflasi, dan tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi  di ASEAN. Data yang digunakan merupakan data panel terdiri dati data  time series tahun 2009-2019 dan cross section 10 negara ASEAN. Variabel  yang digunakan adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, Foreign Direct Investment,  utang luar negeri, inflasi, dan tenaga kerja. Alat anaalisis yang digunakan  adalah regresi data panel yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa Foreign Direct Investment, utang luar negeri, dan  tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan  ekonomi, sedangkan inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap  pertumbuhan ekonomi.      Kata Kunci: ASEAN, Fixed Effect Model (FEM), Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,   dan utang luar negeri.
