%X White snapper is one of the consumption fish that has high economic value,  because it has high protein and is preferred by consumers. This white snapper  cultivation in addition to the advantages of fast growth and has a very wide  tolerance value to salinity, snapper is also susceptible to disease, so one way to  minimize this is by giving immunostimulants or supplement materials that have  the ability to strengthen the immune system. Immunostimulant is a substance that  is included in the adjuvant, has the ability to increase the body's resistance to  infection. This study was conducted to determine the increase in non-specific  immune response and growth in white snapper with the administration of  commercial immunostimulants. This study used three treatments with three  replications. The results of this study showed that the addition of  immunostimulants in the feed of barramundi seed had no effect on increasing the  non-specific immune response and the growth of snapper during leaching. Further  research is needed on the comparison of different commercial immunostimulants  to the increase in non-specific immune responses and the growth of snapper in  order to obtain more optimum results.  Keywords: White snapper, immunostimulant, non-specific immune response,  growth  Ikan kakap putih merupakan salah satu ikan konsumsi yang memiliki nilai  ekonomis tinggi, karena berprotein tinggi dan disukai konsumen. Budidaya ikan  kakap putih ini selain kelebihan pertumbuhannya cepat dan memiliki nilai  toleransi yang sangat luas terhadap salinitas, ikan kakap juga rentan terkena  penyakit, sehingga salah satu untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut yaitu dengan  pemberian imunostimulan atau bahan suplemen yang memiliki kemampuan untuk  menguatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Imunostimulan adalah suatu zat yang  termasuk dalam adjuvant, mempunyai kemampuan untuk meningkatkan  ketahanan tubuh terhadap infeksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk  mengetahui peningkatan respon imun non spesifik dan pertumbuhan pada ikan  kakap putih dengan pemberian imunostimulan komersil. Penelitian ini  menggunakan tiga perlakuan dengan tiga ulangan. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa penambahan imunostimulan dalam pakan benih kakap putih  tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan respon imun non-spesifik dan  pertumbuhan ikan kakap selama pengelondongan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih  lanjut mengenai perbandingan imunostimulan komersil yang berbeda terhadap  terhadap peningkatan respon imun non-spesifik dan pertumbuhan ikan kakap agar  mendapatkan hasil yang lebih optimum.
