MATEMATIKA SISWA IV SD NEGERI

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar matematika. 
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar 
matematika Siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru. Populasi dalam penelitian 
ini  berjumlah  42  orang  siswa  dan  jumlah  sampel  diambil  berdasarkan  teknik 
proprosional strattified random sampling yaitu diperoleh 25 orang siswa . Pengujian 
hipotesis  menggunakan  rumusan  korelasi  product  moment  dengan  nilai  koefisien 
korelasi  r  =  4,72  dengan          yaitu  =2,02  (  dengan  a  =0,05)  artinya 
korelasi singnifikan. Besar konstribusi minat belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa adalah 
sebesar  36%  dipengaruhi  oleh  variabel  atau  faktor  lain  yang  tidak  dibahas  pada 
penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang singifikan antara minat 
belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru.

THE CORRELATION OF LEARNING INTEREST WITH THE LEARNING 
OUTCOMES IN MATHEMATICS AT FOURTH GRADE ELEMENTARY 
SCHOOL STUNDENTS

The  problem  of  theresearch  waslow  level  interest  and  learning  outcomes  in 
mathematics.  The  purpose  of  the  study  was  to  determine  the  relationship  between 
learning and  interest and  mathematics learning outcames for  fourth grade student of 
SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru. The population in this study amounted to 42 students 
and  the  number  of  samples  was  taken  based  on  the  proportional  stratifed  random 
sampling technique, which was obtained by 25 students. The hypothesis testing used 
the product moment correlation formula with a correlation coefficient value of r = 
4,72  with  t  count  <  t  table  which  is  =  2,02  (with  a  =  0,05)  maning  that  the 
correlation is significant. The contribution of interest in learning to student learning 
outcomes is 36% influenced by  other variables or factors not discussed in this study. 
The results showed a significant relationship between interest in learing and learning 
outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru.
