abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital sebagai variabel
independen terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price Book Value (PBV)
sebagai variabel dependen serta Kinerja Keuangan yang diukur dengan Return On Asset
(ROA). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013- 2017. Data perusahaan dapat di akses melalui situs
www.idx.co.id. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode
purposive sampling dan diproleh 32 sampel dari 45 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data
dari penelitian ini meliputi asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji
hipotesis.
Hasil uji penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa rasio Intellectual Capital tidak berpengaruh
terhadap PBV (Price to Book Value). Hipotesis kedua yang diajukan pada penelitian
ini menunjukan bahwa intellectual capital memoderasi kinerja keuangan (ROA)
berhubungan Positif dan signifikan dengan PBV (Price to Book Value).

Kata kunci: Intellectual Capital (VAIC), Variabel Return On Asset (ROA), Nilai
Perusahaan Price Book Value (PBV).
This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital as an independent variable
on firm value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV) as the dependent variable and
Financial Performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this
study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.
Company data can be accessed through the site www.idx.co.id. Sampling in this study
using a purposive sampling method and obtained 32 samples from 45 companies. Data
analysis techniques from this study include classic assumptions, multiple linear
regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study, thus the first hypothesis stated that the Intellectual Capital
ratio didm’t affect on the PBV (Price to Book Value). The second hypothesis proposed
in this study is Return on Assets (ROA) could moderate the affect of Intellectual Capital
(IC) on PBV (Price to Book Value) by the positive and significant results.
