"This research aims were to: analyze the procurement of raw six materials, profits,\r\nmarketing channels, and the role of cassava chip agroindustry support services in\r\nGanjar Asri Village. This study used census methods on five agroindustry\r\ncassava chips in Ganjar Asri Village West Metro Subdistrict Metro District. The\r\ndetermination of the location was done deliberately with the consideration that\r\nGanjar Asri Village was an agroindustry center of cassava chips that were actively\r\nproducing and have the potential to be developed. The respondents study were\r\nthe owners of five agroindustry. The results showed that: the components of raw\r\nmaterial procurement carried out by the five agroindustry cassava chips there are\r\ntwo components that were in accordance with expectations, namely quantity and\r\ntype, while the other five components have not been in accordance with\r\nexpectations, namely time, place, quality, and price. The highest profit in\r\nMatahari Agroindustry amounted to Rp 1,412,017.80 in one production. All\r\nagroindustrials have benefit, so they were worthy of effort and development.\r\nCassava chip agroindustry marketing channels consist of three marketing channels,\r\ntwo channels involving intermediary agencies in channeling their products to\r\nconsumers. Support services that have helped the process of cassava chip\r\nagroindustry activities were financial institutions, transportation facilities, and\r\ncommunication information technology. These services provide a positive role\r\nfor the smooth activities of each agroindustry.\r\nKey words: advantage, cassava chips, agroindustry.\r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menganalisis pengadaan bahan baku, keuntungan,\r\nsaluran pemasaran, dan peran jasa layanan pendukung agroindustri keripik\r\nsingkongdi Kelurahan Ganjar Asri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus\r\npada lima agroindustri keripik singkong di Kelurahan Ganjar Asri Kecamatan\r\nMetro Barat Kota Metro. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja dengan\r\npertimbangan bahwa Kelurahan Ganjar Asri merupakan sentra agroindustri\r\nkeripik singkong yang aktif berproduksi dan memiliki potensi untuk\r\ndikembangkan. Responden penelitian adalah pemilik agroindustri yang berjumlah\r\nlima orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: komponen pengadaan bahan\r\nbaku yang dilakukan kelima agroindustri keripik singkong terdapat dua komponen\r\nsudah sesuai dengan harapan yaitu kuantitas dan jenis, sedangkan empat\r\nkomponen lainnya belum sesuai dengan harapan yaitu waktu, tempat, kualitas,\r\ndan harga. Keuntungan paling tinggi pada Agroindustri Matahari sebesar Rp\r\n1.412.017,80 dalam satu kali produksi. Kelima agroindustri memperoleh\r\nkeuntungan, sehingga layak untuk diusahakan dan dikembangkan. Saluran\r\npemasaran agroindustri keripik singkong terdiri dari tiga saluran pemasaran, dua\r\nsaluran melibatkan lembaga perantara dalam menyalurkan produknya kepada\r\nkonsumen. Jasa layanan pendukung yang telah membantu proses kegiatan\r\nagroindustri keripik singkong adalah lembaga keuangan, sarana transportasi, dan\r\nteknologi informasi komunikasi.
