%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas (CR), profitabilitas  (ROA), dan aktivitas (TATO) terhadap financial distress (ICR) pada perusahaan  manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia  tahun 2016-2019. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data  sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id).  Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan  teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan statistik  deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Tingkat kesalahan yang digunakan dalam  penelitian adalah 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel likuiditas (CR) tidak  berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress, sementara profitabilitas (ROA) dan  Aktivitas (TATO) berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress (ICR).  Kata kunci: Financial Distress, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas.  This study aims to determine the effects of liquidity (CR), profitability (ROA), and  activity (TATO) on financial distress (ICR) in consumer goods industry  manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange periods 2016-  2019. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the  Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The total sample consists of 11  companies and used purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study  are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The error rate used in the  study is 5%. The results showed that the liquidity (CR) have no effect negative on  financial distress, while profitability (ROA) and activity (TATO) have effect  negative on financial distress (ICR).
