N2  - Masalah dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahuinya antropometri berpengaruh terhadap
kapasitas aerobik (vo2max) oleh atlet karate PON Lampung 2021. Tujuan yang ingin
dicapai pada penelitian, antropometri adalah mengukur dimensi manusia hal tersebut
berguna bagi atlet dan pelatih dalam menentukan kelas apa yang baik di
pertandingkan serta Untuk mengetahui hubungan antropometri dengan kapasitas
aerobik pada atlet karate PON Lampung 2021.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif
kualitatif, Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet PLATDA karate PON Lampung
2021, Dengan tingkat signifikan simenggunakan ? = 5%. Berdasarkan analisis
diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,800. Tabel distribusi t dicari pada ? = 5% : 2 = 2,5% (uji
2 sisi) dengan derajat kebebasan (df) n-2 atau 7-2 = 5 diperoleh untuk t table sebesar
2,57. Oleh karena nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,800 > 2,571) maka Ho ditolak, artinya
Ada pengaruh Antropometri dengan kinerja aerobic atlet karate PON Lampung 2021.

The problem of this research isthere any effect of anthropometry on the aerobic
capacity (vo2max) of PON Lampung Karate Athletes 2021.The objective to be
achieved of this research, anthropometry is to measure the human dimension, it is
useful for athletes and coaches in deciding what class is good in competition and for
finding out the correlation between anthropometry and aerobic capacity of PON
Lampung Karate Athletes 2021.
The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of
this research were PLATDA PON Lampung Karate Athletes 2021, with a significant
level ? = 5%. Based on the analysis obtained tcountwas 3,800. In the distribution
table, t is searched at ? = 5% : 2 = 2,5% (two-sided test) with degrees of freedom
(df) n-2 or 7-2 = 5,the result was obtained for ttablewas 2,57. Since the value of
tcount>ttable(3,800>2,571) thus, Ho is rejected. This meaning that there is an effect
between anthropometry and aerobic performance of PON Lampung Karate Athletes
2021.
