UKM Askha Jaya uses conventional means to determine the amount of supply.The availability of intermediate materials and fluctuating cooking oil prices make UKM ASKHA JAYA have difficulty in the production process and may not be able to meet market demand. The purpose of the study was to find out the process of controlling the supply of raw materials of banana chips and cooking oil in Askha Jaya based on company policies and economic order quantity (EOQ) methods. This research uses economic order quantity (EOQ) methods, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and Total Inventory Cost. The results showed the value of EOQ banana chips amounted to 1.170 kg with Total Inventory Cost (TIC) based on Askha Jaya policy is Rp. 130.043.600, while based on the EOQ method is Rp. 45.811.152 able to save inventory cost of Rp. 84.232.448. The value of EOQ cooking oil of 667 liters with Total Inventory Cost (TIC) based on Askha Jaya policy is Rp. 25.306.526, while based on the EOQ method is Rp. 23.321.526 able to save inventory cost of Rp. 1.985.064. UKM Askha Jaya menggunakan cara konvensional untuk menentukan besaran persediaan. Ketersediaan bahan baku setengah jadi dan harga minyak goreng yang fluktuatif membuat UKM Askha Jaya mengalami kesulitan dalam proses produksi dan memungkinkan tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengendalian persediaan bahan baku keripik pisang dan minyak goreng yang ada di Askha Jaya berdasarkan kebijakan perusahaan dan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point, dan Total Inventory Cost. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai EOQ keripik pisang sebesar 1.170 kg dengan Total Inventory Cost (TIC) berdasarkan kebijakan Askha Jaya adalah sebesar Rp 130.043.600, sedangkan berdasarkan metode EOQ adalah sebesar Rp 45.811.152. mampu menghemat biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 84.232.448.
